Squadron Leader is the command role for fleet PvP operations. You are the voice on comms that tells pilots when to push, when to break, and what to target. This cert requires both the Ace Pilot technical skills and the Supervisor organizational skills — because leading an event requires you to fight and organize simultaneously.
If you're waiting to start Supervisor until Ace Pilot is done, you're already behind. Run both tracks at the same time.

If you can't explain a concept clearly, revisit it before your eval. The teaching component catches people off guard.
Command reps are what matter. Call shots in practice before you're formally assessed.
It is more administrative than most people expect. Arrive at the Officer walkthrough already knowing the process.
