Past Competency
Into Mastery.

Ace Pilot is the Squadron's elite non-leadership rank. It is for pilots who have pushed past competency into mastery. The rate fight requirement is the key distinguisher — every Squadron pilot can get into a knife fight, but aces push it to a rate fight.

Rate fighting requires you to control the engagement in ways that force your opponent into unfavorable positions. The ACE kill counter program is an additional prestige track you can participate in.

Preparation

Before You Book The Eval

01
Rate fighting is about controlling distance and tempo

You need to be the one choosing when to go to knife fight range — not reacting to your opponent's choices.

02
Watch tournament-level SC PvP footage

Understanding what rate fighting looks like at the top level is the fastest way to know what you're aiming for.

03
This is evaluated over time — consistency is everything

One good session won't pass you. Multiple sessions of consistent rate fighting will.
