Supervisor is the operational backbone of Rune Guard's economy. When the org runs a large mining operation, salvage fleet, large PvE content event, or other economy activities, the Supervisor is the one making sure ships are assigned, resources are tracked, and DKP is awarded correctly.
This role requires organizational skill as much as in-game skill. It is also a hard prerequisite for both Marine Squad Leader and Squadron Leader — meaning all combat division members who want leadership roles need this cert too.
Event organizer who manages DKP, resources, and logistics. Can host PvE and casual PvP events such as conflict zones and Hathor.
Member can organize and run Informal PvE events, manage resource distribution, and assist with DKP tracking. Has completed the Event Leader walkthrough with Logistics Officer sign-off.
Runs Informal PvE events under Officer observation. Ship assignments, resource management, DKP tracking, and debrief all assessed. Communication throughout is a core metric.
Correct DKP assignment and resource tracking maintained throughout the event. Silent supervisors fail — you are evaluated on how you communicate.
Required for Marine Squad Leader and Squadron Leader — not just Logistics members. All Tier 2 leaders across every division must pass this cert.
Logistics Officer is a Gold Badge role filled by volunteer when a position opens. Supervisors are the pool that Officers are drawn from.
Cross-Division Note: Supervisor is required for both Marine Squad Leader and Squadron Leader. If you are in a combat division and want a leadership role, start this cert now — do not wait until you finish your combat certs.
