The Logistics Pilot cert elevates you from being a capable PvE participant to being someone who can lead small group operations. This is the first leadership-adjacent cert in the Logistics path.
You're not just doing the work — you're directing it. That means assigning ships, managing Regolith for the group, and ensuring the operation runs correctly from start to finish.
Member should be a Regolith expert, skilled miner and salvager, and able to handle basic multicrew operations. Can fly decoupled to S(1) standard and handle multicrew to a partial S(2) standard.
Member can lead a small Regolith run, operate mining and salvage independently, fly decoupled (S1 standard), and handle multicrew basics (partial S2 standard).
Lead a full mining operation overseen by an evaluator. Assign ships, oversee prospecting and extraction, manage refinery handoff, track Regolith for the group.
Lead a full salvage operation overseen by an evaluator. Correct ship assignments, cargo management, crew direction throughout.
Must fly to S(1) decoupled standard — smooth, controlled, safe. Org ships (Mole, Vulture/Reclaimer) may be available — confirm with Logistics Officer in advance.
Supervisor is the operational backbone of Rune Guard's economy — DKP tracking, resource management, and large event organization. It's also a hard prerequisite for Marine Squad Leader and Squadron Leader.

Watch Out For
The difference between participating and leading is large. Do it informally once with friends before booking the eval.
S(1) standard for large ships means controlled and deliberate — not combat maneuvering.
Managing everyone's resource tracking in real time while leading the op is the core skill being evaluated.
