M(3) is the final license before Tier 1 cert work begins. At this point we expect members to understand why tactics matter — not just how to shoot, but where to be, when to move, and how to stay alive as part of a two-person team.
Passing M(3) means you can play the Rune Guard way. You have a basic understanding of our proven strategy for getting wins.
The member should understand and demonstrate basic tactical concepts, achieve a 3:2 kill ratio, and have meaningful headshot percentage.
Member can operate as a basic fireteam member in either point or security role — sticking with their partner, entering B&O positions, demonstrating 30% headshot rate and 3:2 kill ratio.
Both metrics required. Evaluated in Arena Commander across multiple rounds, then confirmed in a live PU or scrimmage.
Know both roles. Stick with your partner. Correct two-person entry is the primary fireteam skill evaluated.
B&O basics in open terrain. Always moving or covering — never stationary in the open.

Three consecutive rounds. 3:2 or better KR and 30% headshot rate required.
AC2-man evaluation with evaluator as partner. Point & Security and B&O mechanics observed.
FireteamAll skills demonstrated in a live situation — PU PvP zone or a battle scrimmage.
