In Arena Commander, run Vanduul Swarm solo in any ship you own. You need to survive at least 5 waves. The ship choice is yours — this tests your ability to stay alive and manage threats, not raw dogfighting skill.
In the Persistent Universe, locate and hack a comm array. Record the attempt yourself (video or screenshots with timestamps) and submit it in the cert channel on Discord. You can take as many tries as needed — submission is the requirement.
Watch the org's engineering reference video covering ship repair, component health, and emergency power rerouting. Confirm completion in Discord. No quiz — just awareness of the material.
For Vanduul Swarm, fly defensively, not aggressively. Keep your speed up, use boost sparingly, and prioritize staying in the fight over getting kills fast.
Comm arrays are marked on your HUD when you're in range. Any Stanton system comm array works. The hack sequence is on-screen — follow the prompts.
Ask in #cert-help on Discord if you want a fellow member to ride along for the swarm run or show you a comm array location. We encourage it.
Record everything in one session if possible. Use GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar, or OBS to record. You can clip the last 5 minutes retroactively with most tools.
Once L(2) is complete you can begin your division entry cert. Marines move to M(1). Squadron moves to S(1). Logistics members continue directly to L(3) — which is the first division-specific cert and an org-wide gate for all paths.
Note: L(2) is the last cert you share equally with every other member regardless of division. After this, your path splits based on what you want to do in the org.
